As a Home Improvement Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested an appointment, evaluate their home's needs, and guide them toward the best roofing and window solutions. What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments.
• Perform roofing and window evaluations using our proven inspection process.
• Educate homeowners on roofing and window replacement options.
• Build customized solutions based on each homeowner's needs and budget.
• Guide customers through financing and project options.
• Prepare proposals and agreements using company technology.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up inside our CRM.
• Continue developing your skills through coaching, team shadowing, and ongoing training.

Our 12-Week Paid Training ProgramOur 12-Week Paid Training Program

We believe confidence comes from preparation, not guesswork.

Every new consultant completes our structured 12-week paid training program designed to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the field.

Throughout training, you'll learn how to:

• Identify homes that may benefit from a professional roofing or window inspection.
• Start natural, confident conversations with homeowners.
• Communicate through our proven customer engagement process.
• Build trust and create a positive first impression.
• Handle common questions and objections with confidence.
• Learn the daily habits and systems that lead to long-term success.
• Shadow experienced team members and receive hands-on coaching in real-world situations.
• Develop the mindset, professionalism, and communication skills that separate top performers.

As your confidence grows, you'll continue learning the technical side of our industry through ongoing education and mentorship. We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We invest in your growth long after training ends.

By the end of the program, you'll have the tools, coaching, and support to confidently represent DC Pines while continuing to develop your expertise throughout your career.

Compensation

Paid Training

• Weekly base pay during the full 12-week training program. $1600/mo base pay plus commissions.
• Average of $1400 per week (base and commissions combined)

After Training

• 100% uncapped commission.
• Top performers earn well into six figures.

Expected first-year earnings:
$75,000-$150,000

Expected second-year earnings:

$125,000-$200,000

There is no cap on what you can earn.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Comfortable driving throughout the Greater Houston area
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
• Willingness to learn and grow

• Paid training with structured mentorship and coaching
• Transitional compensation plan: base pay of $1,600/month ($400/week) plus commission during training. *On average around $1400 a week total
• High earning potential with uncapped commission structure after training
• Performance-based advancement opportunities

• Opportunity to transition into a full sales role within 90 days (or sooner based on performance)
