Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, DC for a Case Manager. The Case Manager will provide assistance to individuals by helping them navigate the health insurance marketplace, answering inquiries, and resolving cases in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves reviewing applications, determining eligibility, coordinating with other departments and external stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive records. The Case Manager will aim to provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications
