What You’ll Do
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other powered equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload freight from trailers with accuracy and care
- Move, stage, and organize materials throughout warehouse and dock areas
- Stack, store, and retrieve pallets following company and safety standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues promptly
- Track inventory movement using warehouse systems and handheld devices
- Assist with order staging, cross-docking, and shipment preparation
- Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures at all times
- Support general warehouse operations and team needs as required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain—we can help train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and shipments
- Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to perform at a high level
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in high-volume freight or distribution environments
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
