The DC Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) is looking for a dynamic, people centered Resource Center Manager to lead one of our most essential public facing operations. What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily operations of the OAH Resource Center to ensure efficient, high quality support for individuals seeking legal assistance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Resource Center staff—setting expectations, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing training.
• Recruit and train team members committed to delivering exceptional service to litigants.
• Maintain and track the Resource Center’s inquiry database and prepare routine statistical and narrative reports.
• Collaborate with Administrative Law Judges, the Clerk of the Court, the Office of the General Counsel, senior OAH leadership, and partner agencies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Resource Center.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and educational materials that help litigants better understand legal processes and options.
