Overview
A leading hospitality investment and development firm is seeking an experienced Vice President of Development to lead the planning and execution of high-end hotel and residential projects across the Caribbean and the U.S. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in luxury hospitality construction, renovations, and project management, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale developments on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in upscale or luxury hospitality construction and renovations.
- Proven success managing complex development projects from concept to completion.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiation, and consultant management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- U.S. work authorization required.
- Based in Puerto Rico or Miami (must be able to travel 3–4 weeks per month if Miami-based).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 180,000–200,000 annually
- Bonus: Up to 30% annual performance bonus
