Our operations in Conway, Arkansas include metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly. The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process.A concept to finished products company providing parts and sub-assemblies to our customers. Approximately 100,000 square feet of floor space and 50 acres are utilized for fabrication operations. An additional 350,000 square feet is available for future business growth.We rely on the strength and experience of our Associates for our success. We provide a comprehensive benefits package at exceptional rates to our Associates.General Qualifications:Previous experience in MIG welding in a production/manufacturing environment of at least 2 years.Familiar with various metal gauges and weld requirements of the material.Experience in various sheet metal manufacturing processes and general mechanical knowledge.Welding certification is preferred.Skill Requirements:Must possess the ability to operate provided welding equipment.Ability to safely operate various powered industrial lifting equipment and tools.Position Summary and Objectives:Work in a safe manner through the adherence of company safety policies to layout and weld fabricated components for final assembly.Moderate physical effort may be required consisting of: lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of heavy material.Lift up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques.Ability to withstand a minimum of 8 hours on a concrete surface.Pay: Up to $25.21 depending on skill and experience.Benefits:401(k).401(K) matching.Health insurance.Paid time off.Vacation.Life Insurance.Safety Shoe Reimbursement, Prescription Safety Glasses.All necessary PPE Provided.Paid Weekly.
