Welders – Temp to Hire
Pay $ 20.00
Time: 7:00 am – finish
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Core Responsibilities:
· Fabricate and assemble metal structures using [insert preferred methods: MIG / TIG / Stick] welding techniques.
· Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols to determine project specifications.
· Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces prior to welding.
· Inspect completed welds for defects, cracks, or structural weaknesses, ensuring they meet quality standards.
· Operate shop equipment safely, including grinders, band saws, shears, and torch cutters.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Proven experience as a Welder 2 years of experience
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in [MIG / TIG / Stick] welding and comfortable working with various metals (steel, aluminum, stainless steel).
· Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in tight or overhead positions.
· Education: High school diploma, GED, or completion of a formal welding program/apprenticeship.
