Job Summary:
The 5S Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the 5S system within the organization. This role involves organizing and conducting training, overseeing audits, and ensuring continuous improvement in workplace organization and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Implementation: Develop and oversee the implementation of the 5S system across all areas of the organization.
- Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for employees on the principles and practices of the 5S system.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Standards Maintenance: Create and update the standards book to maintain consistency and compliance with 5S principles.
- Audits: Oversee the conduct of 5S audits and resolve disputes between the 5S auditor and area coordinators.
- Reporting: Report to management on the implementation, operation, and improvement of the 5S system within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly in roles related to continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or quality management.
