To effectively build and maintain customer relationships through solicitation while maximizing revenue opportunities utilizing our service offerings with USA Truck.

- To meet or exceed individual customer Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Actively monitor and rectify scorecard by customer
- Ensure daily solicitation goals are met
- Ensure understanding and use of all USA Truck service offerings
- To meet or exceed operating plan line haul goals by accounts
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Understand network needs and balance
- Effectively build working relationships with sales team
- Effectively communicate to our internal and external customers
- Effective use of written and oral communication
- Ability to create and sustain relationships both internally with fellow team members and externally with customer contacts
- Ability to solve problems, meet deadlines, and handle multiple issues simultaneously
