Job Overview

To effectively build and maintain customer relationships through solicitation while maximizing revenue opportunities utilizing our service offerings.

What Will You Enjoy Doing (duties/tasks)

• To meet or exceed individual customer Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Actively monitor and rectify scorecard by customer
• Ensure daily solicitation goals are met
• Ensure understanding and use of all USA Truck service offerings
• To meet or exceed operating plan line haul goals by accounts
  
  

What You Need To Succeed (Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Attributes)

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Understand network needs and balance
• Effectively build working relationships with sales team
• Effectively communicate to our internal and external customers
• Effective use of written and oral communication
• Ability to create and sustain relationships both internally with fellow team members and externally with customer contacts
• Ability to solve problems, meet deadlines, and handle multiple issues simultaneously
• Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
• Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
