What You’ll Do
- Maintain and repair electrical systems on production equipment (LOTO required)
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Monitor equipment using manual and computerized maintenance systems
- Ensure safety guards and devices are properly installed and functioning
- Collaborate with team members to resolve safety, quality, and production issues
- Maintain clean, audit-ready workspaces
- Associate’s Degree (or equivalent/military experience)
- 2 years of electrical maintenance experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments
- Tube mill or steel manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and schematic reading skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing)
- Reliable attendance and commitment to OSHA and company safety standards
