Dazzle Dispatch connects reliable, experienced house cleaners with homeowners and hosts across Bay Park and surrounding neighborhoods. We focus on recurring home cleanings and vacation rentals, and we’re building a small, professional team of independent cleaners who value flexibility, great clients, and steady referrals.

What You’ll Do
- Clean residential homes and vacation rentals to a high standard
- Tasks include: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, common areas, and occasional move-in/move-out deep cleans
- Perform a quick walk-through at the start of each job to confirm scope and expectations
- Communicate professionally with clients and our team via phone/text/app
- Protect client property and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Report issues (damages, access problems, safety concerns) promptly
Requirements
- At least 1 year of paid professional house cleaning experience (homes or vacation rentals)
- Reliable personal transportation to and from jobs
- Your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, cloths, etc.)
- Smartphone with data for navigation, photos, and communication
- Ability to work independently, be on time, and follow written instructions
- Legally able to work as an independent contractor in the US
Independent Contractor Status
This is not a direct-hire employee position. You will work as an independent contractor (1099), which means:
- You control your schedule and workload
- You can accept or decline job offers
- You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and mileage
