Responsibilities will include;
- Managing client expectations for support requests regarding server/network/ and security issues
- Accurately and efficiently addressing client support requests
- Being intensely focused on standards and alignment in client environments
- Being able to communicate effectively and clearly
- Adding a human touch to technical services
- Thinking logically and systematically to solve issues
- Following and documenting processes
- Having fun being a part of a team that is helping businesses grow in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas

Intern positions have the option to transition to full-time positions after a period of training, evaluation, and successful supervised performance. Evaluation period will be determined by relevant experience and aptitude for the given technology areas assigned.
