Electrical Engineering Internship - 2025/2026 School Year or Summer 2026
This is a unique opportunity for highly motivated, innovative, and inspired electrical engineering students to work on challenging assignments in the power and utilities industry, including transmission and distribution line design, substation design, and planning studies.
In this role, you will be part of a team where your contribution, teamwork, and effective communication are vital to the project's success. You will be assigned to work on actual client projects alongside a team of experienced engineers, where you will gain knowledge of fundamental engineering processes, design, construction methods, and permitting.
Qualifications:The ideal intern is:
- Pursuing a BSEE, BSME, or BSCE from an ABET-accredited engineering program
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, self-starter with a good attitude, and a drive to learn
- Strong in organization and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment including clients and colleagues at all levels
- Committed to quality and accuracy
- Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills
