- We are currently looking for morning shift baristas and evening shift baristas. Please make sure to note your availability clearly on the application.
- Morning shift is 5:30am to 1:00pm
- Night shift is 1:00pm to 9:30pm
- Weekend days (Saturday & Sunday) pay more.
- High performing candidates may be considered for promotion to shift lead after completion of their barista training.
- Good attitudes, teamwork, and excellent customer service are going to be a major focus moving forward. Candidates with these qualities will be highly considered.
BARISTA JOB DESCRIPTION The primary responsibility of all Dazbog team members is to provide Legendary Customer Service at all times, meeting and exceeding customer needs with a high level of product knowledge, artful presentation, speed of service, and teamwork.

- Prepare hot and cold drinks according to Dazbog standards

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Cleaning all areas of the facility
- Extending a warm greeting to all customers
- Interacting naturally with customers and co-workers
- Performing all opening and closing duties
- Being thoroughly familiar with and able to prepare all menu items
- Serving customers in a timely, consistent manner
- Displaying a high level of product knowledge
- Stocking products and paper goods
- Wrapping baked goods
- Answering the telephone, taking call-in orders, and taking messages accurately
- Being thoroughly familiar with all policies, procedures, and systems
- Following all customer service guidelines
- Promptly reporting any customer complaints to the manager on duty
- Generating additional sales whenever possible by suggesting additional menu items to the customer
- Thanking each customer for his or her business
- Upholding the image of Dazbog Coffee Company at all times
- Reporting to management when equipment needs service or inventory is low
- Following all company policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned
