Role Overview:
We are looking for reliable and experienced in-person examination proctors to oversee individual test-takers during a two-day exam session. Each proctor will be responsible for supervising one student only at their assigned location. The student will use a laptop and an external camera for additional remote monitoring, with our central team observing online in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive on-site at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Verify the candidate’s identity and ensure exam integrity is maintained throughout the session.
- Monitor the candidate in person for the full test duration (approximately 4 hours per day).
- Collaborate with the remote monitoring team via phone or email if any irregularities arise.
- Ensure compliance with all examination procedures and security protocols.
- Document and report any incidents or rule violations immediately after the session.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in proctoring, invigilating, or test supervision preferred.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and communicate clearly in English.
- Access to a smartphone for quick coordination with the remote supervision team.
- Reliable transportation to the exam site.
