Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain smooth daily operations.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with guests and vendors.
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while providing personalized service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with enthusiasm and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile accounts, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy during overnight shifts.
- Maintain comprehensive guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail.
- Support hotel management in training staff on hospitality standards, phone etiquette, and guest relations best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong background in guest services.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-line phone systems and handle night audit procedures confidently.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
