Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about services and amenities
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Maintain accurate reservation records, update booking systems, and coordinate room assignments
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Provide exceptional guest services by offering local information, directions, and personalized assistance
- Uphold hotel policies and standards related to guest relations, safety protocols, and hospitality management
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems required
- Knowledge of hospitality management software and reservation systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
