Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high cleanliness standards
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the hotel
• Ensure all public areas, hallways, and common spaces are tidy, well-maintained, and inviting for guests
• Handle janitorial duties efficiently by using industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to keep the hotel spotless
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest comfort and safety are prioritized
• Follow all health and safety guidelines related to custodial work and hotel operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial experience is a plus but not mandatory
