Employment Type: Part-Time/Flexible
Salary: 17.00-18.00
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential/Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and their guests.
Must Possess a valid Driver License and Reliable transportation
Will Start at 10-20 hrs per week and progress as time goes on
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning Tasks:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including offices, retail spaces, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, doors, and surfaces.
- Deep clean bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas, ensuring all fixtures and appliances are sanitized.
- Maintenance of Supplies:
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively, following all safety guidelines.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Time Management:
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
- Prioritize tasks based on client requirements and space conditions.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of completed cleaning tasks and any issues encountered during the cleaning process.
- Report any damage or safety hazards observed in the cleaning areas.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform strenuous physical tasks (e.g., bending, standing for long periods).
