Position Title: Residential / Commercial Cleaner
Employment Type: Part-Time / Flexible
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Service Areas

Marinette, Menominee, Crivitz, Wausaukee, Suamico, Green Bay — with a current hiring emphasis in the Oconto area.

Position Overview

Tidy Team LLC is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Residential / Commercial Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We are currently placing a strong emphasis on hiring cleaners located in or near Oconto, WI as we continue expanding our client base in that area.

The ideal candidate will help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming residential and commercial spaces while providing excellent customer service and professionalism.

Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Hours will begin at approximately 10–20 hours per week with opportunity for growth as business demands increase.

Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning Duties

• Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and surfaces
• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas
• Sanitize fixtures, appliances, and commonly touched surfaces

Supplies & Equipment

• Safely and effectively use cleaning products and equipment
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages or equipment issues

Client Interaction

• Communicate professionally with clients regarding cleaning needs and preferences
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns promptly

Time Management

• Complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
• Prioritize cleaning duties based on property condition and client expectations

Reporting

• Maintain accurate completion records
• Report damages, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards observed on-site

QualificationsRequired

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and repetitive movement

Experience

Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Paid training will be provided for qualified candidates.
