Duties
- Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and organize guest linens, towels, and clothing with precision and care
- Perform cleaning tasks throughout the facility, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring a spotless environment
- Handle dry cleaning requests by coordinating with external vendors or managing in-house services when applicable
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival at the front desk, check them in and out efficiently, and address their inquiries promptly
- Manage reservation bookings, update guest records, and process payments accurately using the property management system
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and cleaning materials, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of laundry procedures, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes
- Excellent cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain cleanliness standards across all areas
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with front desk systems or reservation software is preferred
