We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
- Follow established procedures for sanitation and infection control to promote a safe environment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred; janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and hotel housekeeping standards is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards consistently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; reliability and punctuality are essential
- Prior experience in housekeeping management is beneficial but not required
