Key Responsibilities:
General Cleaning:
You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. This includes making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms, as well as replenishing supplies such as towels and toiletries.
Guest Satisfaction:
Maintain a tidy and well-presented environment to provide an exceptional guest experience. You will also respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely manner.
Reporting Issues:
During your cleaning duties, you will need to report any maintenance issues or safety hazards you encounter. Effective communication with the housekeeping team and front desk staff is essential to ensure rooms are ready for guests promptly.
Laundry Duties:
Assist with laundry responsibilities, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels as needed.
