We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated maintenance worker to work at our hotel.

Job responsibilities include:

-Cleaning exterior of property to keep it clean

-Emptying exterior trash bins

-Pressure washing property

-Troubleshooting and/or replacing appliances such as air conditioning units, mini-fridges and microwaves

-Repairing lighting fixtures

-Engaging in preventative maintenance

-Repairing toilets

-Painting rooms

-Repairing tiles

Tools are not required as we have all that are needed.

You do not need to know how to do all handyman stuff listed above but be able to do some repair work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $9.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
