Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on buildings
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Operate power tools, hand tools safely and efficiently
- Conduct general construction or renovation projects as needed
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during all maintenance activities
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic building maintenance is preferred
- Experience operating power tools, hand tools, excavators, and other construction equipment is a plus
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
