Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet quality standards.
- Manage heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or supplies while adhering to manual handling safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas like lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces through routine sanitation practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with strong knowledge of janitorial practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, manual handling, vacuuming, and prolonged standing or walking.
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping practices and hotel is preferred.
