- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) proficiently for monitoring maintenance activities
- Fabricate or repair structures as required
- Provide leadership in coordinating maintenance operations
- Communicate efficiently with staff regarding maintenance schedules and updates
What we need from you:
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong customer service skills for professional interactions with staff and visitors
- Proficiency in using tools like an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CMMS for streamlined maintenance tracking
- Leadership capabilities to manage maintenance projects effectively
- Fluent communication skills in English
