Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Introduction

As a Room Attendant – you’ll make sure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day at work – creating a haven for them to escape and relax in – or get that last bit of work done.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Duties
• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing different types of flooring to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment at all times
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution and uphold quality standards
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms
• Support the management team with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
• Organize housekeeping cart to start daily work.

Skills

• housekeeping/cleaning experienced, flexible , hardworking candidate needed.
• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a focus on quality service and knowledge of time management.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation for various flooring types
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest expectations and service standards
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and supplies to handle larger-scale or specialized cleaning tasks
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines diligently
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
