Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in public areas including hallways, lobby spaces, elevators, and restrooms to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning tasks and supplies used during each shift.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to ensure all areas remain spotless.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move around comfortably for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
