- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office workflows
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and organizing files
- Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, supporting customer service inquiries, and providing customer support
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a medical or dental setting such as a receptionist or personal assistant role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
