Pay Scale: AP:$19/hr., QP:$23.08-$24.03/hr.

Summary:

In coordination and conjunction with the ACT team members, provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling, therapy, crisis intervention services in a clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making as well as coordinated interdisciplinary team work. Most aspects of this job require clinical assessment, evaluation, and intervention skills to persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses that are treated with individual and/or family interventions in a community based setting. Case management/supportive services are also a core function of this job.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides individual, group and family therapy and subsequent paperwork.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, case support activities
• Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team
• Participates in peer review process for therapists
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and/or Experience: Prefer Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Counseling or other field or have equivalent experience with certification. Must be Licensed or Certified in Substance Abuse or Substance Abuse Prevention.
