Summary:
This position is responsible for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services within DAYMARK Recovery Services. This position reports directly to the Adult Program Director of Enhanced Services. This position is responsible for ACT teams and the associated service definitions per location and compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws and assures adequate staffing at all times to meet service demand with the service array. This position is the community liaison between DAYMARK Recovery Services, the service area at large and is often the spokesperson for DAYMARK Recovery Services to regional and state wide stakeholders for Assertive Community Treatment services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, IPRS/NC State, Federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures. Maintains care and compliance with all rules for the facility.
- Monitors P/L reports and budget. Assist with development of budgets for the region. Provides team leads for ACTT services with supervision. Explores and develops new services and revenue streams.
- Attends regional and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensures region workforce is staffed appropriately for volume of services and works with peers to share resources when needed.
- Serve as the liaison between the Program director and the team leaders for each ACT Team.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Must possess strong clinical skills, a vast knowledge base of mental health and substance abuse disorders and vigor to continue the learning process. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families. Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides supervision to team leaders of the ACTT Services.

Education and/or Experience: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or relative field, from an accredited college or university. Two to four years of clinical practice experience. Must be licensed in area of practice: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Practicing Psychologist.
