Pre-K Lead Teacher Position Available
We are seeking a caring, responsible, and experienced Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our daycare center. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with young children and a strong passion for early childhood education.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children required
- Must provide strong professional references
- Must be able to successfully pass all required background checks
- Must complete a health screening before employment
- Must be willing to obtain and maintain required certifications and trainings, including CPR and First Aid
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with children, families, and team members
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and early childhood development is preferred
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required
