Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clinical Operations and experience in managing clinical teams
- Skills and experience in Training and staff development
- Knowledge and expertise in substance use and mental health
- Experience implementing and managing Quality Improvement processes
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Masters degree in related field (social work, counseling, etc). Licensure of LISW, LPCC, or other independent licensure.
- Prior experience in a similar managerial role is strongly preferred
