This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
As an Associate Director, Studio Production, you’re flexible, used to wearing many hats, juggling several projects, and balancing multiple metaphors. You work fast and are a master of collaboration. You get excited by the idea of working in a learning environment with the opportunity to grow, furthering your skills and career. Key responsibilities include:
- Source and book crews and talent
- Scout locations and handle permitting
- Work with budgeting software, tracking invoices, managing talent and location releases, music and art buying licenses, and reconciling and wrapping jobs
- Help elevate creative and be a true partner in the creative process
- Work with varied budgets ranging from $10K - $300K

Requirements
- 7 years experience as a line producer, ideally in an agency environment or production company environment
- Experience working on small to mid-sized live-action and still photoshoots
- Ability to work within a wide range of budgets
- Management of post production alongside the post producer (edit, color, VO record, music, mix, VFX)
- Experience taking a concept from pre-production through post production to delivery
- Organized, helpful, and has a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Knowledge of production equipment and on-set needs
- Comfortable speaking with gear houses
- Familiar with production contacts for crew, gear, and logistics
- Experience as an agency producer is a plus

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
