- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Five years’ experience in related assignments
- Provide administrative support to the Construction Manager, Project Manager and other functions onsite.
- Perform administrative-related duties including generating reports, correspondence and presentations; Microsoft Teams meeting and conference set up
- Perform general office duties including ordering office supplies, issuing badges, retrieving badges, ordering food, receiving / distributing incoming mail and retrieving tools/equipment pickup orders
