**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage various projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
**Duties:**
- Oversite for all phases of projects including scheduling of subcontractors, material, and equipment vendors.
- Develope project schedules keeping all timely
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are on track
- Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and finalize projects
- Manage project resources effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
- Implement and maintain project management processes and documentation
- Work closely with Superintendents
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly to Superintendent
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in vendor management and product development
- Proficiency in process management and computer skills experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Procore Software Management System
