Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support accounting, HR, and timekeeping functions in a rural nursing home environment. This position requires accuracy, organization, professionalism, and strong customer service skills. Training is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Credit card reconciliation and statement review
- Receipt tracking, organization, and documentation
- Administrative support for Human Resources (HR paperwork, employee files, onboarding support)
- Timekeeping and payroll support (reviewing timesheets and entries for accuracy)
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Professional interaction with residents’ families, staff, and vendors
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, financial, and facility records
- General office and administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Organized, reliable, and accurate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, timekeeping systems)

Preferred
