**Position Description**
**Position Summary**
The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of 1-2 project managers while simultaneously managing their own infrastructure construction project(s), such as Water, Waste Water, Civil, Earthwork, Utilities, Structures, etc. This take-charge leader has a strong customer focus, a sense of urgency, a concern and respect for safety, and the desire to achieve quality in the final product.
**Essential Functions**
**1. Leads, Manages, and Develops a Team**
- Builds a collaborative team of 1-2 project managers with varying experience and skill sets.
- Ability to work with a diverse group to build and lead cohesive teams that can successfully execute projects by meeting, or ultimately exceeding, schedule, budget and quality.
- Invests in the growth and development of each direct report.
- Manages the day-to-day needs of the team; ensuring they have the support they need to successfully manage their projects while holding them accountable to their respective deliverables (see #2).
Responsible for the pursuit, planning, bidding, and successful execution of infrastructure projects.
Ensures projects meet a high standard for safety, quality, schedule and client satisfaction.
Leads the bidding process ensuring accurate bids are turned in on time.
Communicates effectively with clients, engineers, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
Responsible for building and updating detailed and accurate CPM schedules and communicating the overall project plan to the project team and other stakeholders.
Responsible for the financial success of projects including tracking and reporting on progress, cost control, change order management
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
