Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accounting for firm’s hotel portfolio
- Prepare financial statements (GAAP)
- Manage budgets and variance analysis
- Provide support for various transactions including financings
- Prepare and present reports to senior management
- Supervise staff- AP/AR/Payroll
- Get involved with special projects
Requirements:
- 8 years Hotel Accounting Experience
- CPA required
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of International Accounting a plus
