One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled Toolroom Technician in Findlay, OH location to support production operations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot tooling, dies, molds, and fixtures
- Perform tool changeovers and setups to support production requirements
- Inspect tooling for wear, damage, and proper functionality
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on tooling equipment
- Support new tool builds, modifications, and improvements
- Read and interpret tool drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
- 2 years of experience in tooling, die maintenance, or mold repair in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with hand tools, machining tools, and measuring instruments
- Experience with stamping dies, injection molds, or plastic tooling (based on industry)
- Basic machining skills (milling, grinding, turning)
- Knowledge of CAD drawings and tooling design
