What We're Looking For:

You'll begin by learning the fundamentals of the insurance industry and Farmers' proven agency model. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll develop core skills in:
- Insurance products, systems, and compliance
- Sales conversations and client needs analysis

- Daily agency operations
No prior insurance experience? No problem — we provide full training
Growth & Skill Development
As your confidence grows, you'll take on greater responsibility while sharpening your business and leadership skills:
- Building and managing a client base
- Developing marketing and prospecting strategies
- Understanding agency financials, goal tracking, and performance metrics
