Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Out: Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly guest check-in and check-out services.
  • Payment Processing: Handle all payments with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Documentation & Records: Maintain room registration records, charges, credit transactions, and manage customer service and maintenance requests.
  • Guest Assistance: Offer helpful guidance and resolve guest inquiries and issues with care.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Hotel Information: Answer questions about hotel policies and services.
  • Property Promotion: Positively represent and promote the hotel brand and image.
  • Lobby & Desk Maintenance: Keep the front desk area clean, organized, visually appealing, and stocked with supplies.
  • Safety & Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance, security, or safety concerns to the appropriate staff.
