Develop and implement a comprehensive business development
strategy aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends,
potential partnerships, and competitive landscapes in the e-payment
sector.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,
including financial institutions, technology partners, and regulatory
bodies.
Oversee the sales team to drive revenue growth through the
acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure offerings meet market
demands and customer needs, influencing product roadmaps based on market
feedback.
Enhance the company’s brand presence through strategic
marketing initiatives, networking events, and thought leadership
opportunities.
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business
development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Work closely with other departments (marketing, operations,
finance) to align efforts and achieve overall business goals.
Present business development progress,
opportunities, and challenges to the executive team and board of directors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a
related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (7 to 10 years) in business development,
sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the fin-tech, banking or technology
sector.
Strong understanding of the e-payment landscape and regulatory
environment.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong
analytical mindset.
Experience in developing and executing business strategies that
drive growth.
Strong network within the fin-tech industry and related sectors.
