Project Design Architect

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Design Architect position include:

• 6 years of design experience, ideally with residential architecture and production homebuilding
• Lead schematic-side design work and collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently on some design tasks, then coordinate with a team and management
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers and design leadership
• Develop designs for residential product types including single-family and attached condos
• Use AutoCAD for all design work
• Participate in a mini design exercise during the interview process (4–6 hours, paid)
• Ensure design alignment with project requirements and produce production-ready deliverables

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

Benefits: Company offers traditional and Roth options, with matching up to $1,000 annually, plus an employee stock option program (ESOP) with an automatic company contribution (typically around 4% annually, at the company’s discretion).
