Product & Partnerships Manager

A growing consumer products manufacturer is seeking a Product & Partnerships Manager in Sheffield Village, OH, offering an exciting opportunity to shape product strategy, expand major retail partnerships, and bring innovative DIY and outdoor lifestyle products to market. This company has grown from garage beginnings into a 40,000-square-foot facility on 15 acres, specializing in food processing equipment and outdoor-focused products while offering a stable, entrepreneurial environment where your impact directly drives business success.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Product & Partnerships Manager position include:

• 10 years of outdoor industry buying, merchandising, vendor management, product sourcing, or related consumer product experience.
• Proven experience working with major big-box or outdoor retailers, including understanding buyer strategies, forecasts, category opportunities, and purchasing decisions.
• Manage existing retail customers, including Bass Pro and Cabela’s, while negotiating pricing, programs, terms, and account growth opportunities.
• Identify and develop new retail opportunities, open doors with new customers, and present product lines to prospective accounts.
• Scout finished products and new manufacturing partners across China and ASEAN countries for white-label, resale, or new product development opportunities.
• Manage overseas manufacturing relationships while coordinating specifications, supplier capabilities, product portfolios, quality, cost, and margins.
• Work cross-functionally with sourcing, engineering, quality, and operations teams to bring products to market successfully.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in the Cleveland area and travel internationally approximately 3 times per year.

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
