Qualifications and responsibilities for this Customer Service Manager (Manufacturing) position include:
- 5 years of customer service, account management, operations, or manufacturing experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in precision manufacturing, medical, semiconductor, or aerospace manufacturing environments preferred
- ERP system experience required; Epicor experience is a plus
- Lead all customer service activities and customer-facing communications
- Oversee order management, order accuracy, acknowledgments, and customer requirements within the ERP system
- Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Sales to ensure customer commitments are met
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop customer service personnel while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
