Construction Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• 5-7 years of project management experience, with strong preference for multifamily construction, renovations, and interior remodels.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once, including subcontractors, schedules, budgets, scopes, and quality control.
• Background in CapEx projects, unit renovations, and multifamily real estate improvements, with the ability to keep projects moving quickly and efficiently.
• Oversee vendors and contractors, monitor on-site progress, and ensure projects stay on time and on budget.
• Build scopes of work, set timelines, maintain project tracking documentation, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Review and approve invoices, manage spend closely, and identify issues early to keep projects from escalating.
• Work closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to execute projects across multiple properties.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally between properties, walk active job sites, and take full ownership of urgent and ongoing projects.

Salary: $75,000-$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus.
