Engineering Coordinator

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Coordinator position include:

• Experience in an engineering environment with exposure to mechanical, fabrication, or drilling/rig-related projects while supporting engineering and project teams
• Proficiency in drawing and drafting, including the ability to print and organize files from systems like Creo
• Strong organizational and office management skills to maintain engineering documentation and machine books
• Ability to manage vendor relationships, follow up on orders, and track delivery statuses
• Experience writing and placing part orders and coordinating outsourced materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Ability to handle clerical and administrative engineering support tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to support multiple team members and report to project management

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
