Civil Construction Estimator

An exciting opportunity is available for a Civil Construction Estimator in Lexington, NC with a family-owned civil construction and telecommunications infrastructure company that has been in business for approximately 30 years. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced estimator to join a growing organization with expanding drilling and infrastructure operations, a stable team environment, and a long-term path toward leadership.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Estimator position include:

• 7 years of estimating experience preferred in civil construction, telecommunications infrastructure, foundation drilling, concrete, earthwork, or utility installation
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, plans, and project documents
• Proficiency with estimating software and advanced Excel skills
• Experience preparing estimates for projects typically ranging from $50,000 to $2 million
• Construction Management education is a plus, but not required
• Business development and client-facing experience preferred
• Telecom infrastructure experience is a plus
• Strong takeoff skills, communication abilities, and interest in growing into a leadership role

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
